On Wednesday, September 23, 2026, the Energy Club held a conference in Warsaw, during which the report “The Role of Local Content in Poland’s Energy Transition,” prepared under the direction of Kamil Moskwik, was presented. The event was held under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of State Assets and the Ministry of Energy.

The opening discussion was moderated by Dominika Taranko, Vice President and Managing Director of Wind Industry Hub. Her guests were: Eliza Zeidler, Secretary of State at the Ministry of State Assets; Konrad Wojnarowski, Ph.D. in Law, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Energy, and Renata Bielak, Vice President of the Central Statistical Office. The discussion focused on the calculation of local content, the definition adopted by the Ministry of State Assets, and the challenges facing the Polish energy sector.

This topic is crucial for us—since WIH’s inception, we have been working to ensure that the participation of domestic companies in wind energy investments is not only declared but also accurately measured. The report and the full video recording of the conference are available at localcontentwenergetyce.pl.
