Increasing safety in the Baltic Sea, building ferries and research vessels, and strengthening the position of Polish entrepreneurs in the maritime and offshore wind industries. These were the main themes of Prime Minister Donald Tusk‘s speech at the 11th International Maritime Congress, which took place on May 15-16 in Szczecin.
