On 7 October 2025, we organised a round table discussion entitled “Leaders of the national onshore wind energy supply chain”.
The market consultation was an excellent opportunity to gather the industry’s views on the growing potential of the onshore wind industry in Poland.
We inaugurated the meeting with a panel discussion moderated by Dominika Taranko, Vice-President and Managing Director of Wind Industry Hub. Her interlocutors were:
➡️ Magdalena Czuba-Wąsowska, Vice-President, Baltic Industrial Group
➡️ Tomasz Ślęzak, President of the Management Board, WĘGLOKOKS S.A.
➡️ Marcin Bartnicki, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, P&Q
➡️ Paweł Przybylski, President, ONDE
➡️ Przemysław Mężyński, Managing Director, Nordex Polska
The conversation revolved around the production potential of key suppliers for onshore wind energy, as well as the main barriers currently facing the market. The subsequent discussion, moderated by Maciej Mierzwiński and Piotr Maciołek, also covered the competitiveness of the metallurgical, steel and foundry industries, non-price criteria for auctions, and the security of wind farm IT systems. The discussion was attended by representatives of Huta Częstochowa Sp. z o.o., Odlewnia RAFAMET Sp. z o.o., Zbrojarnia Anna, Wind Prospect and SABUR Sp. z o.o.
The voice of industry practitioners is crucial for us in formulating recommendation packages as part of the ‘Polish Strategy for the Development of the Onshore Wind Energy Industry’ currently being developed by Wind Industry Hub, the Polish Wind Energy Association and CEE Energy Group. We would like to express our sincere thanks for your keen interest! We would like to invite you to the next consultations, which will take place in December.
