The Baltic Sea has the potential for the construction of 33 GW of offshore wind farms, creating opportunities for investments worth PLN 897 billion!<\/p>\n<p>It is important that Polish companies start benefiting from these billion-z\u0142oty investments now \u2013 currently, 500 companies in Poland are already ready to contribute to the offshore wind supply chain. Building domestic expertise, developing supply chains and expanding the necessary industrial infrastructure will support local content, which could exceed 40% in future projects. The state will also be a beneficiary, as the investment will bring over 56 billion zlotys into the state budget.<\/p>\n<p>The report also cites the <b>Polish Offshore Wind Farm Industry Development Strategy<\/b> authored by Wind Industry Hub, the Polish Wind Energy Association and CEE Energy Group.
