The presentation of the publication \u201cOffshore Wind Farm Execution &#8211; Legal Aspects of Contracts in the Offshore Wind Sector\u201d took place on the second day of the Offshore Wind Poland 2024 conference, during a panel discussion on key aspects of contracting in the offshore sector.<\/p>\n<p>This issue offers an in-depth analysis of key aspects of offshore wind contracting &#8211; from contractual standards to risk and liability issues.
